How to Get Involved

To express your interest, simply complete our Volunteer Application Form. This helps us understand your availability and match you with the best volunteer role for each event.

All applications will be reviewed and considered for upcoming events.

Please note: Some volunteer roles may require a licence or prior accreditation.

Once submitted

Volunteers will be contacted to confirm duties and rostered times
Site maps, ticket entry info, rostered times and on-site instructions will be sent closer to each event

Important Info

Volunteer shifts on race days are expected to range between 11:00 AM and 10:00 PM
Crowds will vary per event, so flexibility is appreciated
Volunteers are vital to making each race day a success
