Returns Policy

Returns & Replacements Policy

At Tolmer Speedway, all of our products are made to order, which means we begin production as soon as your order is placed. As such, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges due to change of mind, incorrect size selection, or buyer’s remorse.

 

Return Eligibility – Manufacturing Faults Only

We want you to love your purchase, and we take product quality seriously. If your order arrives with any of the following issues, we will gladly offer a replacement or refund:

  • Misprinted design

  • Manufacturing defects

  • Item significantly different from the description

  • Wrong item received

  • Item damaged in transit

 

How to Request a Return or Replacement

If you’ve received a faulty item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. To help us process your request quickly, please include:

  • Your order number

  • A clear description of the issue

  • Photographic evidence of the fault (ideally showing the full product and close-up of the defect)

We’ll review your request and endeavour to get back to you within 2 business days. If approved, we’ll issue a replacement at no additional cost, or provide a refund where appropriate.

 

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the custom nature of print-to-order merchandise, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect size selection

  • Items returned without prior approval

 

Shipping Costs

If your item is eligible for return due to a manufacturing fault, we will cover all shipping costs associated with the return or replacement.
