APPLICATION PROCESS


Please read through the following information to submit your online application.

 

Application requirements:

  • Completed Booking Form and acknowledgement of the Terms & Conditions

  • Acknowledgement of a reasonable donation to Tolmer Speedway for each event attended

  • Vendor onsite requirements

  • Current Food Safety Qualification

  • Public Liability Insurance minimum of $20,000,000

  • Example menu items

This application process is an expression of interest and will assist us with our event planning. All applications will be considered and bookings will be confirmed once scheduling in complete. *Please note, completion of this form does not guarantee your booking.

Food Vendors will be contacted to confirm bookings for each event.

Further details specific to site locations, entry & on-site information will be forwarded to you in the lead up to each event.

Bump in times may vary. As a guide we expect all vendors to be set up by 3pm on race day.

Terms and Conditions 

Any trader wanting to sell consumable goods must have and provide a copy of a Current Product Liability Insurance Certificate (Certificate of Currency from your insurance document).

All food vendors must comply with current Food Act and provide Food Business Notification Number.

All trade sites are to be set up by 3pm on event day and offsite by 12am unless otherwise notified. 

Entry will be via the Pit Entrance. Pit Entrance access will be from approx 11am and promptly closed by 3pm unless otherwise notified.

All power cords must be tested and tagged prior to arriving at the show Extension cords are to be a maximum length of 50 metres.

No raffles, lotteries, sale of bingo tickets, etc. allowed unless prior permission is obtained from the Tolmer Speedway Committee. 

Vendors and exhibitors must immediately inform their assigned report or a Tolmer Team Member and complete an incident report should any accidents or injuries occurring at their trade site or as a result of their actions.

There is no camping at the track in any capacity.

Food Vendors are required to make a reasonable donation relative to their revenue at the event.

Successful applicants will receive an email following review of your application and the event program to confirm your booking. A Tolmer Speedway food vendor support person will be assigned for the duration of the event. 

Whilst every attempt is made to monitor, manage and cancel if needed events due to weather inclemency, we cant always control the outcome of the weather. Tolmer Speedway will not be held liable in the event of a last minute race cancellation.
