Application requirements:

Completed Booking Form and acknowledgement of the Terms & Conditions

Acknowledgement of a reasonable donation to Tolmer Speedway for each event attended

Vendor onsite requirements

Current Food Safety Qualification

Public Liability Insurance minimum of $20,000,000

This application process is an expression of interest and will assist us with our event planning. All applications will be considered and bookings will be confirmed once scheduling in complete. *Please note, completion of this form does not guarantee your booking.
Food Vendors will be contacted to confirm bookings for each event.
Further details specific to site locations, entry & on-site information will be forwarded to you in the lead up to each event.
Bump in times may vary. As a guide we expect all vendors to be set up by 3pm on race day.
Crowd attendance for each event will vary.
